Energy Gain, not Drain

There are certain things that are therapeutic for me such as:

- exercising
- meditation
- listening to soothing music
- walking near a park or water
- organizing my room or office
- cleaning my car or house
- giving service to others including family and friends

When I do one of the above activities I get an energy gain, not an energy drain! I know some people find cooking or running to be therapeutic.
